Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VidTraffic (the "Service") at vidtraffic.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VidTraffic uses YouTube API Services. By using VidTraffic, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The service
VidTraffic helps YouTube creators generate, improve, and score video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails, and view insights about their channel. Features are provided on an "as is" basis and may change over time.
Your account
You sign in using your Google account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and comply with the YouTube Terms of Service when using data connected through YouTube.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content that violates platform policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, sending text to AI providers to generate suggestions). AI-generated suggestions are provided for your consideration; you are responsible for what you ultimately publish.
Plans and payments
- VidTraffic has a free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax; any VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
- Purchases are made through our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for every order: Paddle sells to you, takes the payment, charges any tax, issues your invoice, and handles billing questions and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- A subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app; your plan then stays until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed. Deleting your account cancels any subscription at once.
- Changing plans. From Upgrade in the app, moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, starts at once: you are charged now for the rest of the billing period, less the unused part of what you had already paid. Moving to a lower plan starts when the period you have paid for ends: you keep your plan and its credits until then, nothing is charged for the change, and the lower price applies from your next renewal. A yearly plan can move to a lower plan only in its last month, and cannot switch to monthly billing.
- Refunds. Ask within 14 days of a payment and, if none of the credits it gave you have been used, it is refunded in full. Once they have been used, the payment is not refundable — at checkout you ask for the service to start straight away — unless the law where you live requires a refund. A refund ends what it paid for: a refunded plan goes back to Free at once, and refunded top-up credits are removed. The refund policy has the details.
- Each plan gives you a number of credits every month, which the app's AI features use. Your plan's credits reset at the start of each monthly period, on yearly plans too, and unused ones do not carry over. Credits bought as a top-up do not expire while your account exists. Credits are an allowance for using VidTraffic: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
- VidTraffic is operated by Mahsa Rahmani, St. Veit-Gasse 23, 1130 Wien, Austria.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Google and YouTube APIs and AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores, predictions, and generated content are estimates and not guarantees of performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect it from your Google account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
