Refund policy

In short
- Not used? Refunded. Ask within 14 days of a payment and, if none of the credits it gave you have been used, it is refunded in full. This applies to a plan's first payment, to each renewal, and to top-ups.
- Used? Not refundable. At checkout you ask for the service to start straight away, so once its credits have been used the payment is not refunded, unless the law where you live requires it.
- Failed results cost nothing. If a tool fails, the credits it used come back on their own. There is nothing to ask for.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account's email, with the order number on your receipt. Our reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for every order, issues the refund to the way you paid. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Paddle's refund policy also applies.
What a refund ends
- A refunded plan goes back to Free at once, and its subscription is cancelled.
- Refunded top-up credits are removed from your account.
- A chargeback through your bank is treated the same way.
Your rights
We don't refund where there is fraud or abuse of this policy. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the law where you live. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
